[Production Example] DIA Cutter Regrinding

Introducing a case where we were able to meet user-requested delivery dates for difficult-to-process DIA chip products!

We would like to introduce our production case "DIA Cutter Regrinding." Due to the difficulty of processing DIA chip products, we usually required a standard lead time. However, upon receiving a request for a shorter lead time, we organized our system and accepted the order. To shorten the lead time, we reviewed the setup beyond just grinding and created the shortest processing program that could achieve the necessary precision. We were able to meet the user's desired lead time, which led to the order.
